Private Parties

As an owner occupied facility, the Union Street Bed and Breakfast is occasionally used for Private Residence activities which may include some social gatherings.

These events may limit room availability so please confirm your schedule with our management.

Since the city of Schenectady appears to be intolerant of parties held in a private residence, it is possible that room availability may improve in the future.
